I am not sure that it can be called as 'Rice-cake' because it was not really a kind of cake. When I heard a word 'cake' which reminds me of the fattest food. Anyway, people call it as a 'TTEOK'.
'TTEOK' is one of the most popular food (or snack) in Korea. Especially, I usually eat tteok in place of my launch. It is easy to take out and eat wherever I want to eat it. Also, It is so tasty and yammy. :D
This picture is just one sample of tons of kinds in the cafe. I think that 'tteok' is enough to render somebody a service which can help to know what is the best characteristic food of Korea.
This cafe's mood was.... confused because it was not a restaurant nor a cafe. Its was not for a cup of coffee nor for a meal.
In addition, I heard that there is a museum of 'TTEOK' in the second floor. It cost 1 dollar per capita. I did not have enough time to go there so I didn't look around there.
